Agricultural Service Technician Apprentice

Based in Sutterton, near Boston, Lincolnshire.

We are searching for a hard-working individual with a keen interest in the agricultural industry to join us as a Service Technician Apprentice.  

The New Holland Technician Apprenticeship in Land-Based Service Engineering is a 3 year programme delivered mainly in the workplace, and is supplemented with 12 weeks a year at Reaseheath College, Nantwich, Cheshire on a block release basis.
Entry requirements are 4 GCSEs at grades C / 4 or above, including Maths, English and Science.

Future prospects
You will be employed on a full-time basis during your Apprenticeship and will be paid the National Minimum Wage for your age.
There is a staff discount scheme available for help with purchasing your own personal set of tools.
Once you have successfully completed the apprenticeship, and have demonstrated your willingness to continuously learn and improve your engineering skills, you can expect a long and rewarding career within The Burdens Group Limited.

Qualified Service Technicians

We are also looking for experienced agricultural (preferably New Holland trained) and groundcare service technicians who can work on their own initiative, either in the workshop or in the field, and as part of a team.
