Parts Person
required for Goodacres and General Parts Division at Sutterton

We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic individual to work within the Goodacres and general Parts teams.
This is a varied role and requires a high level of customer service and organisational skills.
A knowledge of the industry and machinery is desireable, however, training will be given, a keen and responsive candidate is essential.

Service Technician
An experienced, preferably New Holland trained, service technician is required for this role who can work on their own initiative, either in the workshop or in the field, and as part of a team. NSTS training would also be an advantage although full training will be given to the right candidate. Must have a desire to provide a first class service to our growing customer base and be prepared to support a wide range of varied machinery. It is expected that the successful applicant will work extended hours during peak periods. This important position includes the use of a company van and private medical insurance at discounted rates.


Parts Department Trainee
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with an interest in either agriculture or machinery to gain a training role in our parts department to develop their skills in both external and internal sales of parts for our varied range of industry recognised brands. The successful candidate will be computer literate, preferably hold a full current driving licence and be willing to work extended hours when required during peak periods. The most important attributes are an ability to communicate with colleagues, customers and suppliers at all levels and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
